Website terms
Terms of Use.
Last updated August 27, 2026
These terms govern use of hardenwell.com. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
General information only
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal advice, a compliance determination, an audit opinion, insurance advice, or a guarantee that a regulator, insurer, customer, or other third party will accept a particular conclusion.
Service engagements
Visiting the website, sending an inquiry, or booking a call does not create a client relationship. Cybersecurity assessment and advisory services begin only under a written agreement signed by the parties. That agreement controls the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timing, confidentiality obligations, data handling, warranties, and limitations applicable to the engagement.
No certification or guaranteed outcome
Hardenwell provides risk-assessment and advisory services. An engagement is not a certification of HIPAA compliance or another regulatory standard and does not guarantee the prevention of an incident, penalty, claim, audit finding, or business loss. Risk and compliance decisions depend on the organization’s facts and ongoing actions.
Website submissions
Do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, passwords, credentials, access tokens, confidential client records, or other sensitive material through public forms, email links, or booking notes. Secure evidence-transfer methods are established separately for active clients.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful business-information and inquiry purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it without authorization, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, harvest contact information, or use the content in a misleading way.
Intellectual property
The website design, written content, brand assets, illustrations, reports, and downloadable materials are owned by Hardenwell or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for your organization’s internal evaluation. No other license is granted without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may embed or link to third-party services, including scheduling providers and government guidance. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not mean Hardenwell controls or guarantees the third party’s content or availability.
Website availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Hardenwell disclaims warranties relating to website availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change or remove website content without notice.
Limitation relating to website use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hardenwell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Limitations for paid services are governed by the signed client agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
